far celebrating our 18th Annual General Assembly. The theme:
“Creating abundance…, In a changing world” Is call for productivity and
commitment in pursuing our goals and objectives in finding ways to create
abundance for sustainability despite of the many challenges in this changing
world.
National Livelihood Development Corporation SIPAG awards (Sustainable Income for People in Agrarian Grassroots) awards Gata Daku MPC in the performance of increasing outreach of the Micro-finance Program on September 24, 2009 at Land Bank Plaza, Malate Manila.
Social Performance
Social performance (SP), or the social bottom line, is about making an organization's social mission a reality. "The effective translation of our social mission into practice in line with accepted social values that related to serving larger numbers of poor and excluded people: improving the quality and appropriateness of financial services; creating benefits for clients; and improving social responsibility.
Gata Daku MPC adapted the Grouper Cultured fish "Lapu-Lapu" in Partnership with CAT-P and SEAFDEC.
FEEDING
The cooperative sponsored Feeding Program for the Day Care Center at Barangay Sebasi, Clarin, Misamis Occidental with the assistance of the Barangay Officials.
Community Managed Disaster Risk Reduction
The month of July is a Disaster Consciousness
Month. In line with the celebration, the cooperative is conducting a Trainer’s
training on Community Managed Disaster Risk Reduction.
The
Families of the Management and Staff of the GDMPC successfully celebrated the
Convention and Thanksgiving Day. The main objective of this affair is to deepen
relationship & bonding on families of GDMPC,
