GDMPC’s Leadership Development Program “LDP” conducted a higher level of training to Division Heads, Managers and Supervisors from Head office and from 9 branches. The training title was called “Leadership Enhancement Training for Better Performance” which held at Eden’s Function Hall, GDMPC building, Pob.2, Clarin, Misamis Occidental last Sept. 9,10 and 11,2015. Assisted by National Livelihood Development Corporation “NLDC” with the special participation of Ms Jinnefer Reyes as the Resource Speaker of the three days remarkable activities.
The objectives of this training are: To enhance the leadership skills of microfinance managers and supervisors to improve their performance in the organization. To identify critical gaps and challenges that impedes the growth of the staff. To come up with a personal action plan containing the highlights of the training including recommendation and action plans. As John C. MAxwell said: "A Leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way".
